Mississippi Delta Center of Excellence Maternal Health

The Mississippi Delta Center of Excellence in Maternal Health (MSDCoE) is a National Institutes of Health/NICHD funded research center (Grant # 1U54HD113238-03) committed to advancing postpartum maternal health in the Mississippi Delta. 

Led by Jackson State University in partnership with academic institutions, public health agencies, healthcare systems, and community organizations, the Center’s mission is to prevent maternal mortality, reduce severe maternal morbidity, and promote health equity through community-based participatory research.
